We try not to make a cancellation call until we are relatively close to the event and are certain about whether it will rain or not. If we cancel, all ticket holders will be emailed with the cancellation and the chance to rebook for a different night, or to get a refund for the value of your tickets. Our hot chocolate is typically milk chocolate Swiss Miss mixed with hot water. You can always ask the staff at the hot chocolate stand to see the container of mix we have on hand to check for ingredients.

At GGS Structures Inc. our goal is to help our greenhouse and garden center customers grow their businesses. Include a Santa’s Grotto area for children to visit with their parents. This was always a highlight of any visit at Christmas when I was a child and adds to the charm of a beautifully decorated store.

Every year we go out to Germany to find new crafts and suppliers and many of the products on our stalls are hand-produced by local craftsmen, whom we’ve met personally. We visited a town in the Erzgebirge region this year called Seiffen…..a tiny town where Tuincentrum kerstshow isn’t a one-day affair but carries on all year! All of the craftsmen we met work in garden workshops handed down from generation to generation.

Arrive within thirty minutes of the timed entry on your ticket. And, before approaching the gate, have your paper tickets ready. If you’re using your phone to redeem your ticket, please have the tickets on your screen and maximize the light. Tickets are timed entry with a specific day and entrance time for your arrival. While our buyers will cut their best deals throughout the buying day, they do not purchase until attending an end-of-the-day meeting.

Yes, we have ramps at the entrance and exit of the garden centre. We have a disabled toilet available to the left of the restaurant Meadow Croft Kitchen. Wheelchairs are also available for use, however these are subject to availability and we do also have limited disabled parking bays.
